* Home-made Potato Rosti with herbed crème fraiche, roast vegetables and parmesan shavings
* Lamb Rack with pave potato, fried kale and mint jus
* Stuffed Chicken – deboned chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffed with vegetables and red pesto, served with turned potatoes and mushroom sauce
