  • Your ticket grants access only to the specific event for which it was purchased.

1.2 Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued except in cases where Jerry’s cancels the event.
  • If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

1.3 Ticket Resale & Transfers

  • Reselling tickets without prior written consent from Jerry’s is prohibited.
  • Tickets may only be transferred through our official platform (if applicable).

1.4 Entry & Admission

  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if a guest violates venue rules, behaves disruptively, or presents fraudulent tickets.

2. Payments & Cookies

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, and cash payments (where available).
  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Cookies

2.3 Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized photography or recording may result in removal.

8.2 Guests removed from an event will not be eligible for a refund or future ticket purchases.
